What is a DNG file?
DNG (Digital Negative) is an open RAW format created by Adobe in 2004 as a universal alternative to proprietary RAW formats like NEF, ARW, and CR2. It is adopted natively by DJI drones, Leica M-series cameras, Google Pixel phones (Pro mode), and many other devices. Lightroom can also convert any proprietary RAW to DNG during import.
Does converting DNG to JPG lose quality?
